suttondesign routinely specifies wood flooring, particularly wide-plank flooring. we specify woods such as oak, cherry, maple, ash, heart pine, and mesquite. we also use end-grain wood flooring, one of the most -- if not THE most -- durable floors available. we usually specify a Waterlox-brand modified tung oil finish which, in addition to looking beautful, is cinchy to spot-repair. click on a photo below to enlarge it |
